This is the device families check-in on. With the Check-In Station Pro, the entire check-in process, both traditional check-in and mobile Express Check-In, is completed right on the device itself – no computer or tablet required. Built-in mobile printing capabilities make label printing quick and effortless. The Check-In Station Pro delivers consistent and reliable mobile printing because no computer, iPad, tablet, or wireless capable printer are required.
Its compact size, especially compared to a traditional check-in station or computer, offers multiple placement options for a clean, modern, and inviting check-in area.
The KidCheck Check-In Station Pro is a compact 1.5”L x 12.4”W x 8.4”H.This convenient, dedicated self-service station easily fits multiple check-in areas and various set-up scenarios to meet individual facility and placement needs.
It’s a fully functional computing system pre-loaded with the necessary KidCheck check-in software and drivers. It can be used as a self-check-in or manned check-in station. Simply sign in as an administrator and it’s ready to go.
Not only is the check-in process fast and easy, so is label printing. With its built-in mobile printing, and support for multiple printers, simply attach the cost-effective Brother QL-800 or DYMO 450. There are 4 USB ports.
The station supports dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz IEEE 802.11 ac) with an enhanced antenna for a stronger signal.
The Check-In Station Pro’s customizable interface allows you to use your logo for branding, add event specific prompts, and access diagnostics.
The KidCheck Check-In Station Pro comes with a 2-year limited warranty.

Floor Stand and Shelf (Optional Add On)
Mount the Check-In Station Pro on this sleek, thin-profile black floor stand to create a modern, streamlined check-in area while optimizingtraffic flow. The stand is constructed from durable steel with a powder-coated finish for long-lasting performance. Built-in cable routing keeps cords neatly concealed for clean, seamless cable management. Stand Dimensions: 11.8”L x 16.5”W x 45.5”H.
Also included is an easy to attach shelf to hold label printers or other items, increasing check-in convenience while reducing clutter and maintaining an open inviting look. The shelf is 11.8”L x 11.8”W and can hold one or two label printers. There is also an option to choose two shelves, one for the front and one for the back. If needed, additional shelves can easily be added to hold more printers or other items and are available for purchase separately.
